We make protecting your privacy a priority. In valuing your information, we try to limit the information that we collect.

All of the information we collect is to make sure that we are able to provide you with resources and alert you to when we have any updates to share via email.

This website is powered by Squarespace. They collect personal data to power site analytics, including:

Emails

In order to provide the best experience for you and allow for the delivery of our content to your email inbox, we collect your email address. We use this to add you to our list of subscribers (stored on Squarespace’s site and backed up onto a google sheet file) so that we can know who would like to receive our emails.

When you interact with one of our emails, we may receive information relating to your interaction, such as whether you opened or clicked on any links in the email.

If you would like to unsubscribe from our email updates, there will be a link to do so in each email which we send to those who have signed up for our emails. In the event that you unsubscribe, we will keep you from receiving further emails.

Once unsubscribed, you can resubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link on any of our previous email updates. To make the resubscribing possible, we do not delete your email when you unsubscribe, rather we just keep you from receiving further updates.

Full Name

We collect your name when you sign up to our newsletter, so that we are able to address you by name when we are sending you an email.

Timestamp

We collect the time at which you submitted your Google Form to sign up for our emails to keep a record of when you were added to our mailing list.

Google Forms, Google Sheets, Gmail and GMass

We use Google Forms to collect your email address, description and timestamp of submission.

When you submit our form, you can choose to receive an email copy of your responses.

We also use Google Sheets, Gmail and GMass to view, store, delete your information and deliver our content to you.

The security of your information is our priority.

Your directly provided information will be stored on Google Sheets and may be backed up as a spreadsheet to make sure that your information is securely stored. Only authorized users will be able to access your information.

We will not disclose your information to any third party for the purposes of making money.

Although there may be some circumstances under which we transfer your information such as (1) with your consent and (2) when we have good faith that it is required by the law.

We pride ourselves on having a secure site. Although, if we become aware of an information breach, we will inform you.

Given the risks associated with using the internet, we cannot guarantee the security of any data. Please use our site at your own risk and take reasonable measures to protect yourself.

Although we seek to provide parents with resources to help them excel, our collection of information is not meant for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal and identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that any information that we store is that of anyone under the age of 13, we will remove those details. When delivering email updates with resources meant to help younger children, particularly those under age of 13, we attempt to communicate with parents, guardians, educators, organizations or other related parties, as opposed to the children themselves.
